Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund on any paid course. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@nyrealestateprep.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date will be reviewed case by case.

We reserve the right to deny requests where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles of the same product.
